Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about payments, payouts and integrations.
What services do you offer?+
Payment solutions accepting credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA and local bank transfers, plus crypto — all with instant crypto payouts to your own wallet.
What information or documents do I need?+
Paymegate merchant signup asks for basic account and business information but does not request identity or business-document uploads. Independent payment providers may apply customer verification, eligibility, geographic, transaction, fraud, sanctions, or compliance checks.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Revolut, SEPA transfers and select local bank options, plus major cryptocurrencies.
Do you accept high-risk businesses?+
Paymegate is designed for legitimate merchants that can be underserved by traditional processors. Eligibility still depends on acceptable-use rules, the selected provider, country, payment method, amount, and risk checks.
What fees do you charge?+
The platform fee starts at 1% and can be configured per merchant. Independent provider, exchange, or blockchain-network fees may also apply and vary by method and order.
What is the minimum order amount?+
Between $1 and $30 depending on the payment provider selected.
Do you accept payments worldwide?+
Availability varies by merchant location, buyer location, provider, payment method, currency, amount, and applicable restrictions. No payment method is guaranteed worldwide.
How quickly are payouts processed?+
Supported settlement is initiated after payment confirmation. Actual timing depends on provider processing, customer steps, blockchain confirmation, and network conditions.
Can payouts be held or restricted?+
Paymegate automates supported settlement after confirmation, but independent providers and networks control their own processing outcomes and timing.
What happens with chargebacks?+
Provider-funded card flows may remain subject to provider-specific refund and dispute rules. Direct on-chain transfers are generally irreversible after sufficient confirmation, but merchants still have customer, refund, and legal obligations.
Can you ban me?+
Yes. Paymegate may restrict access for security, abuse, prohibited use, or violations of the terms. Document-light merchant onboarding does not mean anonymous or rules-free use.
Is customer verification required?+
Customers may need instant ID verification via mobile camera; some providers allow bypassing this for smaller orders.
Can I use unlimited websites?+
Yes. The gateway works across unlimited sites instantly.
Can I use custom domains?+
Yes. You can claim a custom checkout URL and enable a fully branded checkout page.
